The Navy Wrestling Club strengthens Navy Wrestling by providing the resources required for our athletes to excel at the highest level. The Club prioritizes engagement with alumni and supporters to strengthen the Navy Wrestling Brotherhood. In partnership with elite supporters and alumni, we build the foundation for Midshipmen to succeed on the mat, in the classroom, as Navy & Marine Corps Officers, and as leaders in our nation.
Funded 5 additional coaches and high-level training partners — the first time Navy has produced NCAA All-American honors three years in a row.
Navy sent 5 wrestlers to the NCAA Tournament — including Spencer Lanosga, Caedyn Ricciardi, and Andrew Kinni — with 3 of the 5 being freshmen, all returning next season.
Funded 3 Grey Shirt recruits. The program produced its first plebe NCAA qualifier — Spencer Lanosga — with all recruits returning next year.
Hosted 8 alumni and supporter social events, and funded travel to the US Open, U20, and U23 off-season tournaments.
Our Mission
What began as the Blue and Gold Club is now a 501(c)(3) nonprofit funding the gap between what the Naval Academy provides and what it takes to compete for a national championship — coaching, travel, training, and the brotherhood that carries Midshipmen through service and beyond.
